Once you confirm participation and the fundraiser begins accepting orders, you CANNOT cancel for any reason.

  • Personal emergencies do not excuse cancellation
  • Inventory issues must be resolved, not cancelled
  • Price changes are not permitted after confirmation

📦 DELIVERY GUARANTEE

You must deliver ALL ordered items to the designated pickup location.

  • Quantity shortfalls are not acceptable
  • Quality must match what was advertised
  • Delivery must be on time and to correct location

🔒 CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE

Failure to fulfill commitments results in:

  • Immediate removal from current fundraiser
  • Permanent exclusion from all future fundraisers
  • Financial responsibility for any losses caused
  • Legal action may be pursued for breach of contract
